Our Facilities

We have:

• A 10 metre by 11 metre grappling area that is supported by polyurethane blocks for impact reduction
• A 12 metre by 10 metre striking area
• A number of different punch bags with a variety of specialist striking and grappling equipment
• A 24 foot competition MMA Cage
• A 16 foot boxing ring 
• A weights and cardio suite
• Shoe and bag storage next to the mats for your valuables and personal gear
• Showers and hair dryers in the both Male and Female changing rooms
• Plentiful and free parking

There is also separate viewing area for those visiting (or waiting for other members) in which you can see the whole gym and watch over the classes whilst enjoying a hot or cold drink and snack
